General Conditions for Scheduled Cruises and Private Charters:
As a passenger aboard a domestic vessel you must:
- not unreasonably place the safety of another person at risk.
not interfere with or misuse any safety equipment provided on the vessel.
- comply with reasonable and lawful directions of the master and crew.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and management of children in their care.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited onboard the vessel.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to those who are believed to be affected by alcohol or drugs.
- BYO food and drinks ; the Skipper and owners accept no responsibility for any problems/illnesses/allergies arising from the consumption of food eaten on board.
Scheduled cruises:
Cancellations:
- If you need to cancel please contact us as soon as possible by phone.
- You will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation, or in case of operator cancellation due to bad weather, or unforseen circumstances
- No shows will be charged the full price.
Minimum numbers:
- Scheduled cruises subject to minimum number of passengers. We reserve the right to cancel cruises.
- Full refund if cruise is cancelled due to minimum passenger numbers not reached.
Private charters:
- Personalized decorations allowed subject to prior application/approval of the owners. All decorations must be compliant with local Council and State environmental regulations.
- Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult/s accompanying them on the cruise.
- Departure time to be arranged at time of booking. Departure times that you arrange will be strictly adhered to. If we leave late due to unexplained late arrivals, the cruise will remain 2 hours from the departure time that was arranged. We will allow time prior to your cruise for you to set up (please arrange at time of booking)
- Any costs associated with the early termination of the cruise due to unacceptable behaviour and or damage to our vessel MV Kilkie, must be paid for by the guest.
Cancellations:
